This Store sells digital, non-refundable virtual items for use exclusively within the CubedSMP Minecraft Server. These may include ranks, keys, cosmetics, in-game currency, and other perks.

No physical products are sold.

4. Eligibility

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers: Stripe and PayPal

BLOCKY STUDIOS SRL does not handle or store your card or banking information at any time.

6. Delivery of Goods

  • Purchased digital goods are usually delivered instantly.
  • In cases of system delay, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

7. Refund Policy

All products purchased through this Store are non-refundable due to their digital nature and instant delivery.

A refund may be granted only if:

  • The purchased item was not delivered, and
  • The issue was caused by an error on our side.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Server downtime or maintenance
  • Gameplay changes, lag, or updates
  • Bans, punishments, or rule violations

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the CubedSMP server, the webstore, and all related services.

9. EU Consumer Rights Notice

Under EU law, digital goods delivered immediately may cause you to lose the standard 14-day withdrawal right once fulfillment begins.
